仕事内容 | Contract Logistics(3PL) Business Development Manager Your primary objective will be to develop existing or new Contract Logistics business by coordinating all business development actions + triggering opportunities for larger accounts at a country or cluster level. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with our current commercial policy while focusing on the following key objectives. Develop + manage a sizeable pipeline of opportunities, actively driving each opportunity through the entire Customer Engagement Cycle. To lead commercial negotiations + create high quality business proposals. Actively develop + maintain customer contacts along with a network of prospects. Actively network + link with other colleagues (Subject matter experts, Vertical Specialists, Account Managers) at every level of the organisation, from global to regional to country. Highlight achievements in the business development space using a variety of dynamic tools. Capture + manage business + market intelligence, ensuring the communication of same to key stakeholders. Drive + roll-out yearly business development plans. ■skills and experience Minimum 8 years of logistics operational experience in Logistics field. Minimum 5 years of International experience Minimum 3 years of leadership experience. 2-5 years of project management experience preferred. Attention to detail, solution design, problem solving and negotiation skills required. Ability to read, write and converse in Japanese and English fluently Strong team player and is self-motivated ◆業務上、7割以上は英語でのコミュニケーションを想定ください (当社の海外拠点や外資企業を主とした当社クライアントとの電話、メール、商談や打ち合わせなど) |
